The first minute of this track was inspired by the first spirit + cocktail of Season 2, with heavier orchestral elements that fit the pioneering and plundering spirit of the Dutch East India company.

The second minute was inspired by the story of your journey with the American Chestnut whiskey, with blues and classical elements to match the east coast of America.

The third was built to complement the experience with the unique Génépi and the sweet cocktail made with it. The elements are lighter and friendlier, with an orchestration harkening back to one of the best animated scenes ever scored.
